While we manage servers and offer technical service, we maintain and share wizards of intervention and common services management, to make tasks easier via command line (CLI). Here some examples.

admidb

Wizard to manage databases in MySQL/MariaDB server: Check/repair, create/delete, explore structures and data, create permissions, export/import, etc.

gesdonis

Wizard to manage DNS zones in BIND9 server: Create/delete, plain-text sheets modify, PTR (RDNS), different views, etc.

mutda

Wizard to manage e-mail accounts in Postfix+Dovecot server: Export/import, mailboxes, separated accesses, aliases, etc.

It also manages EXIM mail queue and Mailman2 lists: Create/delete, export/import.

peinddd

Wizard intended to apply a global installation profile, composed of small install profiles for each application. Each concrete task (profile) has the packages to be installed and actions to be taken, and in a superior level, you compose the list of tasks to perform in the whole process.

It’s ideal for bulk installations in different computers to be set ready for production.

profsito

Wizard to manage websites in Apache2 server and using templates: Traditional websites, proxies, aliases, redirections, call to get TLS/HTTPS certificate, export.

This project has more tools as companions for WordPress, Mediawiki, phpBB and the program ipbackend-update to update files with a dynamic IP.

remcage

Aaccounts simple manager to set them to access through SFTP in jailed directories (chrooted SSH). Useful for fileservers and public webservers. You can expand directory sharing through all networks without SMB/CIFS, and throw away unsecure FTP protocol from webservers.

SeSeLe

Command-line wizard to create and manage self-signed X.509 certificates and Certification Authority, useful for commonly TLS secured services as HTTPs, IMAPs, POP3s, SMTPs, etc. The only thing you need to remember are passphrases.

It adds functionality to get, maintain and distribute Let’s Encrypt certificates.

initupdowncmd

Simple service to run commands with system startup, and also to run commands with system shutdown. It’s intended to don’t complicate with management of SystemV, Systemd, Upstart, etc.

eventoj

Testisto is a modular service that rotates tests and their actions to keep availability information and do something when a failure is found. For example, one module can be a tester of IMAP availability, and in case of failure notify by e-mail or send a restart command.

wolutils

3 Utilities/services: wakefromlan to autoconfigure network devices and to computer wakes up with remote signal (WoL), wakeonboot to wake up remote computers with system startup, wakeend to shutdown own system when a remote shuts down.

vinca

You can publish the utility to be downloaded and executed by people who you want to assist to (or your customers). Vinca will care of searching and installing VNC requirements to launch immediately a connection to your public IP or name.
